From the moment I stepped aboard, it was clear this yacht was fully prepared to redefine luxury yachting.

The dining onboard Ilma was simply extraordinary. Moreover, with 11 unique venues offering distinct culinary experiences, this yacht is a true haven for food lovers.. The presence of world-renowned chefs Michael Mina and Fabio Trabocchi elevated the experience beyond expectation. Not only were they the creative forces behind the cuisine, but they were also onboard, interacting with guests and sharing their passion for gastronomy.
I quickly became a regular at The Beach House by Michael Mina, a Peruvian-Mediterranean fusion gem where dishes like mezcal-infused ceviche and sea bass were executed to perfection. Having Chef Mina onboard, personally introducing his dishes, made the experience truly intimate.
Meanwhile, at Seta su Ilma, Fabio Trabocchi’s 11-course tasting menu was a feast for the senses. Each course reflected the Michelin-starred quality, turning it into a work of art one would expect in the finest land-based restaurants. The ocean views only heightened the experience, creating an unforgettable dining event.
At Memorī, the pan-Asian fusion restaurant, the sashimi melted in my mouth, and the grilled octopus tasted divine. For a special experience, I highly recommend sitting at the bar, where you can enjoy the chef’s special selections up close.
And for those seeking fresh, healthy Mediterranean cuisine, Mistral—an al fresco venue with panoramic views—delivers. From the caviar presentation to the vibrant flavors of each dish, the experience was sublime.
For wellness enthusiasts, Ilma does not disappoint. The onboard spa, in partnership with ESPA, offers a tranquil escape with 11 treatment rooms dedicated to pampering. My Suite Ambassador ensured my every need was not only met but anticipated, elevating the entire experience to new level of personal luxury.
Ilma doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them. Larger than her sister yacht, Evrima, Ilma offers even more space, more amenities, and more opportunities for unforgettable experiences. Her size also grants access to exclusive, smaller ports that larger vessels can’t reach, offering a unique way to explore the world.
One of my favorite features was the marina—a private haven that connects guests with the sea in the most immersive way. Whether kayaking in crystal-clear waters or lounging on the AquaBana, I felt more in tune with the ocean than ever before.
