I quickly became a regular at The Beach House by Michael Mina, a Peruvian-Mediterranean fusion gem where dishes like mezcal-infused ceviche and sea bass were executed to perfection. Having Chef Mina onboard, personally introducing his dishes, made the experience truly intimate.
Meanwhile, at Seta su Ilma, Fabio Trabocchi’s 11-course tasting menu was a feast for the senses. Each course reflected the Michelin-starred quality, turning it into a work of art one would expect in the finest land-based restaurants. At Memorī, the pan-Asian fusion restaurant, the sashimi melted in my mouth, and the grilled octopus tasted divine. For a special experience, I highly recommend sitting at the bar, where you can enjoy the chef’s special selections up close.
And for those seeking fresh, healthy Mediterranean cuisine, Mistral—an al fresco venue with panoramic views—delivers. From the caviar presentation to the vibrant flavors of each dish, the experience was sublime.
