When is the best time to book luxury vacations?

The earlier, the better. For the best selection of hotels, suites, villas, cruises, and private experiences, we recommend planning six to twelve months in advance, especially for peak travel seasons and popular destinations. Some highly sought-after properties and expedition cruises can book out more than a year ahead. Planning early gives you the greatest choice and allows us to create an incredible itinerary.

Do you book flights by themselves?

No. We do not book airfare as a standalone service. Air arrangements are offered as part of a comprehensive itinerary that includes accommodations and other travel services. This allows us to provide a higher level of service, ensure your flights align with the rest of your trip, and better assist if changes or disruptions occur during your travels.

How far in advance should I start planning an international trip?

For most international vacations, we recommend beginning the planning process at least six to twelve months before departure. Planning early provides the best availability for luxury hotels, cruises, guides, and unique experiences while allowing ample time to secure reservations, coordinate logistics, and prepare any required travel documents. If you're traveling during holidays or planning a once-in-a-lifetime journey, starting a year or more in advance is often ideal.
